Workspace Connector is a private internal tool operated by TaKorean Holdings for the sole use of its owner. It has no public users. This policy describes what data the application accesses and how that data is handled.

Only the owner of TaKorean Holdings, acting on Google accounts that the owner personally controls. There is no registration, no sign-up, and no means for any other person to connect an account. No data belonging to any other individual is collected through this application.
With the account holder's explicit authorization, the application requests the following scopes:
gmail.modify) — to read messages, apply labels, mark messages read, archive them, and prepare draft replies.drive.readonly) — read-only access, to locate and read documents referenced in the owner's own correspondence.calendar) — to read the owner's schedule and create or amend the owner's own events.Data is retrieved on demand, at the moment the owner asks a question or a scheduled summary runs, and is used solely to produce summaries, locate information, and prepare drafts for the owner. It is not used for any other purpose.
Limited Use. Workspace Connector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Message bodies, file contents and calendar entries are not copied into permanent storage. They are read, used to answer the request at hand, and discarded. The application retains only what it needs to function: authorization credentials, a list of which accounts are connected, and a log of actions it has taken (for example, that a particular message was archived) so that the owner can audit its behaviour.
No Google user data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and it is not used to train any machine learning model.
The application is self-hosted on infrastructure controlled by the owner. Authorization credentials are stored encrypted, are never written into source code, and are accessible only to the owner. Access to the application itself is authenticated.
The owner may revoke this application's access to any connected Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation takes effect immediately and prevents any further access to that account.
If the application's data handling changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised.
